FROM THE NORTH
Head south on US 41 bear left at the US 41 Bypass.  Turn left at Bird Bay Dr.  Turn Left into the financial center and follow the access Road (behind financial buildings) to Left Coast.

FROM VENICE ISLAND
Take Venice Road off the island (heading east).  Turn left at US 41 (Venice) Bypass.  Turn right at Bird Bay Dr.  Turn left into the financial center and follow the access Road (behind financial buildings)to Left Coast.

FROM THE SOUTH
Take US 41/US 41 (Venice) Bypass to Bird Bay Dr.  Turn right at Bird Bay Dr.  Turn left into the financial center and follow the access Road (behind financial buildings) to Left Coast.

FROM I-75
Exit at Venice Jacaranda Blvd.  Head west to Venice Ave.  Turn right onto Venice Ave. Take Venice Ave to US 41 (Venice) Bypass. Turn right (north) onto US 41 Bypass to Bird Bay Dr.  Turn right onto Bird Bay.  Turn left  into the financial center and follow the access Road (behind financial buildings) to Left Coast.
